es40 not seeing disks

    Hello,

    I have digital disk array with a HSG80 controller (fiber). I have it cabled
    to 8 port san switch and then cabled to an ES40. The question is should you
    be able to see the disks from the es40 with out an OS loaded. I believe I
    have everything configured on the hsg80 correctly and have added my units
    but still can not see them from the es40.
