A DS10 has been shutdown for a while (a couple days as we have been dealing
    with a SAN issue).

When I now try to power it up... I get nothing... no lights and the power
supply on the fan doesn't even budge.

I am not a hardware guy. Is there a fuse I should be looking at? (I have
verified the power cable that I am using and the source--by powering
    something else).
