    Hello Friends:

Problem resolved. The cause was the graphics card adapter (the system
doesn't have keyboard and mouse port), then removing the graphics card
adapter i can install the operating system TRU64 Unix V5.1A.

Thanks very much to Dr. Tomas Blinn, who was give me the exactly solution.
The answer from Tom is below:

The return address (RA) is in the routine hal_get_sysinfo
    [hal_get_sysinfo:1307, 0xffffffff006136fc] beq r0,
    0xffffffff00613720
and the instrucion right before that is this:
      [hal_get_sysinfo:1306, 0xffffffff006136f8] jsr r26, (r3),
    hal_get_sysinfo+0x6d0
although the PC makes no particular sense..

In any case, that routine is involved with retrieving a variety of
    system information.

The SPECIFIC case invoked here is in the routine for GSI_KEYBOARD
and it looks like it relates to a routine called ws_keyboard_name_proc
which presumably is supposed to retrieve a keyboard name string.

I'm wondering what's wrong with your hardware. Did you report you
were running an older version before and are trying to do a fresh
install? If so, did you update the firmware? There are things that
older firmware did not support that the new system software might
be dependent on. This is just a wild guess, but sometimes I get
    lucky..

Or do you have some non-standard keyboard connected to the system?
I don't recall that GS140 systems have graphics, but clearly this
code is related to keyboard support. And it's failing badly. So
I suspect you might have a bizarre keyboard connected, or else it
is something else of that nature.

    Regards.

    John Cajas
