lsm read error

    hello managers.

    i have an lsm issue. my setup is raid 0(striped) at
    hardware and raid 1(mirror) with lsm. i'm running
    tru64 5.1. i'm using kzpac controllers. i'm getting
    the error's below:

     lsm:volio: read error on object dsk6-01 of mirror
    voldata01-02 in volume voldata01 (start 229840 length
    16) corrected
