    Hello,

I am having a problem with the max_proc_per_user.

Our Oracle DBA was running a script & getting the following error
    message:

    ""task_create () failed for pid 1546334: max_proc_per_user (=256)
    exceeded for uid"

I used the dxkerneltuner and changed the max_proc_per_user to 1024,
maxuser to 2048, and also reboot the server. I ran sysconfigdb to see
if these attributes changed upon reboot, and they did. The script was
run again (as userid 'oracle'), and the same error message appeared.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks
