serial port to HSG-80? -- update/oops

    I forgot to mention something when I asked my question -- The systems
    that I can have the serial port plugged into are Tru64 V5.1A systems.
    I don't know what serial terminal emulator software is available for
    those systems/which would be installed as part of a default install.

    here's what i asked the first time----

    Ok. I have some maintenance to do on my systems this weekend. Part of that
    is applying the ACS patches to my HSG-80 to bring the firmware up to date.
    I'm trying to avoid a drive to the data center for this. I can have an operator
    on site at the data center plug in the HSG console cable to one of the serial
    ports on a system sitting near it, but I am unsure what utility to use to
    talk over it/what needs to be done to set it up.

    Any pointers? How-tos?
