PeopleSoft Application crashes frequently on Tru64 V5.1A

    Dear Managers,
    Following is a description of a problem that I'm having. I'm trying to
    determine where the problem lies and would appreciate any advice that
    you may have to offer.

    Platform:
    Server type: GS80
    OS Version: OSF1 V5.1 1885 alpha
    Patchkit: Tru64V51ab21as0004-20030206
    Peoplesoft Finance Version: FSCM 8.4
    Peoplesoft Peopletools Version: 8.42.09
    Bea Tuxedo Version: 6.5
     
    Problem:
    Peoplesoft Application Server services crashes and core dumps
    frequently.
    The services are configured to restart automatically and does so
    successfully...but it would
    be ideal if the services do not crash.
     
    Following are some of the error messages:
    Error Message: exception system: exiting due to multiple internal
    errors:
            exception dispatch or unwind stuck in infinite loop
            exception dispatch or unwind stuck in infinite loop
     
    kgefec: fatal error 0
    ORA-21503: program terminated by fatal error
    ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 2097184 bytes
    (Alloc
    statemen,intermBuf_kpdStm alloc)

    Errors in file :

    Kernel parameters have been set in accordance with the guidelines
    suggested by PeopleSoft
