    Hi Managers,

I am trying to clarify which Tru64 OS versions support the KZPAC (RAID Array 230/Plus see http://h18002.www1.hp.com/alphaserver/products/storage/ra230/index.html).

This post http://www.ornl.gov/its/archives/mailing-lists/tru64-unix-managers/2003/07/msg00279.html claims that they are supported on a DS20 under 5.1B. But this message http://www.ornl.gov/its/archives/mailing-lists/tru64-unix-managers/2002/06/msg00238.html says that it isn't supported but that they still work under 5.1A.

The release notes for 5.1 state that the KZPAC is still supported http://h30097.www3.hp.com/docs/base_doc/DOCUMENTATION/V51_HTML/ARH8WBTE/TITLE.HTM but I can't find anything similar in the 5.1A release notes.

I am about to upgrade a 4100 with two KZPAC-CB (or possibly CAs how can I tell?) from 4.0E to hopefully 5.1A. Is this a supported configuration? How can I find out? If 5.1 is supported doesn't that go into prior version support early next year?

    Cheers,
    Sim
