libpopt library

    When trying to install rsync RPM from the Open Source distribution with 5.1B OS,
    i get the following error -

    # rpm -ihv rsync-2.5.5-1.alpha.rpm
    error: failed dependencies:
            libpopt.so.0.0 is needed by rsync-2.5.5-1

    Does anyone know where I can get the Tru64 binary or RPM for libpopt ?
