Listing DIMMS and their sizes

Hello Gurus,
I've been having issues getting assistance from
HP/Compaq on displaying the following from within the
OS(Tru64):
Need to display the total amount 0f DIMMS and their
Sizes on one DS20E and a ES40 both running Tru64 Unix
v5.1B.
If anybody knows how to do this please let us know.
