License Question

One of our systems corrupted its HD. After doing the install, I
reinstalled the CSLG package and all of the licenses with it.
However, it didn't include the OSF-BASE, UNIX-WORKSTATION,
UNIX-SERVER licenses. Does anyone know if they were supposed to be
in there?
(The machine arrived here before I did, so I don't know where any of
the certificates that physically came with it are).
