    A big "Thank You" to Randy Rogers and Pat O'Brien who agreed that the
    vendor id strings in the controllers have been corrupted. The solution is
    to
    call support and run the "DANGEROUS" command. Support needs to be
    online because there is a security code that must be generated from
    controller specific information.

    Hopefully I can get some downtime during the holidays to implement this.
