Problems with Pine after upgrading to 5.0a

    We upgraded one of our boxes to 5.0a, after the HD gotten corrupted.
    The mail spool directory is mounted via NFS. I've downloaded the
    latest Pine and compiled it with "build os4" (they don't appear to
    have a 5.0 option).

    When I run pine, it sits there with the message opening mailbox. The
    little cursor does its simulated spin and keeps doing it forever.
    Has anyone ran into this problem and hopefully found a solution?
