Regarding problem in raidset.Please reply

    Dear all,
    I have a very strange problem.I have digital unix 4.0f
    two node clusterinstalled on RA8000.I have two
    raidsets on RA8000.One raidset is have 4 harddisks in
    raid 5 manner named as R1 having harddisks as
    10000,10100,20000,20100.second raidset is having 3
    harddisks in raid5 manneer named R2 having harddisks
    as 40000,50000,60000.Now the problem is that in R1
    having 4 harddisks one harddisk 20100 gives problem.I
    have changed 3 new harddisks at that particular slot
    but every new harddisk gives a problem & show amber
    light signal.After that i changed the slot to 30100&
    tried the new harddisks but no solution.It works for
    2-3 days and after that it gives problem & show amber
    light and becomes failed set.
    What can be the problem.Do i have to upgrade my
    firmware?
    Does such type of raidset designing is supported or
    not?
    please advice as this is very urgent.
