    I asked this
I patched my server this weekend and I have a problem now.

AS 2000 running 4.0g was Patchkit 3 Build 17 until this weekend

This weekend I applied Patchkit 4 build 22 then I installed a patch that
was wrong and I need to know how to recover from this error.

I am getting users that try to view a report to screen and the system
    won't do it.

After talking with support I was told that I installed a patch that
should be for build 17 not build 22.

    I installed this patch T64KIT0019509-V40GB17-E-20030802
which corrects ee driver transmit timeout error.

I need to remove this patch but if I do I need to go back. What do I
    need to do??
I am waiting on support so they can see what needs to be done. But if
anyone has ideas it would be appreciated.

Basically when I installed the patches I installed them as a reversible
patch. So all I had to do was to uninstall and reinstall.

But in futher looking, some of the patches didn't install correctly
since there was CSP's that were blocking them. Removing the CSP's and
reinstalling the full patchkit then installing the correct build level
ee device drive took care of my problem.
