I am doing fresh start OS upgrades from 4.0f and 5.1a. I have the
LSM issues worked out except for one.
The LSM disks that came from 4.0f have a private region size of
1024. What happens when I need to mirror them to a new disk in 5.1a?
Applying a new disklabel and using voldiskadd will initialize the disk with
a private region size of 4096, and then the disks won't mirror because they
are different.
Has anyone found a workaround for this? I've searched the release
notes, LSM manual and installation guides and I haven't been able to find
it.
thanks
