Upgrading from 5.1a to 5.1b

Dear Managers:
We are now going to be upgrading from 5.1a on our Alphas to 5.1b. What is required for this? Do I need the CD's and also the latest firmware CDs? Also does anyone know what patches are required to bring 5.1b up to the latest patch level? I appreciate your responses!
