Tru64 UNIX error message:Too many users

     Hello,

     Can somebody tell me, how to solve the following problem : "Too many users
     logged on already"

     When I try to login to the server (Tru64 UNIX V5.1B) via telnet or xwindow
    I
     get
     this error and could not login.
