v5.1B PK4 dupatch behavior change

It appears the behavior of dupatch for pk4 on tru64 v5.1B is different.
1) No longer can you select which patches you want
2) When it failed a couple it did not ask me if I wanted
to install just the ones that passed.
Its possible I selected the check only menu selection for #2
but #1 happened as stated.
I used as usual ./dupatch from the patch_kit
Has anyone else noticed this?
