    Hello All,

I was hoping someone might have some insight into this problem. When
running a X11 forwarded session via Reflection or even PuTTY, there is a
significant lag that is detectable. As well, using SFTP or SCP the
speed of transfers is ridiculously slow. Is there a way to find out
what my bottle-neck is? Any other tips on performance tuning?
