Hi Managers,
Can anyone advise a possible cause of the following panic:
Jul 21 08:03:06 node01 vmunix: vm_page 0xfffffc0002897f40 is on an o/h list
Jul 21 08:03:06 node01 vmunix: panic (cpu 0): vm_pg_free: page on o/h list
Machine is part of a 2 node memory channel cluster running V5.1B PK4.
Both nodes are DS25s.
