dump problem

    Hi, Managers

    I' ve alphaserver 2000 with tru64 4.0D.
    My boot disk is a single disk with no raid or lsm configuration,
    in the last day he present random spin up problem and i try to replace it.
    I' ve dump the old disk to a new one but some files (es: lpd deamon) are
    copied with size 0.

    Any ideas?
