SUMMARY: Changing the domain and DNS server slowed file transfer

    Dear Managers:

    Thanks to John Farmer, Kris Smith, Chris Wincentsen,
    Iain Barker, Horst Dieter Lenk and many others for
    responding.

    The problem is resolved now. The problem was in the
    router. The port was not configured as 100 Full, it
    was auto-negotiate. Once the port was changed to 100
    Full, the FTP worked fine.
