Alphaserver ES40 Freezes/Halts intermittently

Hi all,
Since the time of installation last year, I have faced System hanging
problem in 3 out of 7 Servers. All these Servers suddenly halt/freezes
with no crash dumps or proper messages in the /var/adm/messages or uerf
-R.
After lot of restarts in the first System, I could identify memory DIMM
problem which was displayed in OCP panel & >>> SRM console. I replaced
the memory & the server worked fine for 11 months but again the same
problem has started few days back.
Recently there were similar problems in other 2 Alphaservers also &
after replacing Memory they are working fine.
Could you please let me know if this problem is very common in
Alphaserver ES40 or Is there any update we have to do in these ES40
Servers to get rid from these problems?
Presently Firmware version is 6.5 & Tru64 Unix version 5.1A.
Please do let me know if you need more information on the eventlogs or
any other details.
