Changing mouse behaviour in CDE

    Hi,

    I need to change the mouse accel and threshold values for all users after
    installing an
    optical mouse on a DS10 with three monitors. I have used xset m 0 0 for
    individual
     user's but can I set this for the Xserver for all user's?.

     I also need to change the size and shape of the mouse pointer, is this
    possible?

    OSF is 4.0G
