    Hello admins,

In December, my company tasked me with providing our engineering dept. with a GUI
CD-Burning utility for our Alpha computers... apparently, CLI just wasn't good enough :)
After many days of blood, sweat, tears, and living in dependency despair, I was able to
produce a working copy of xcdroast (http://www.xcdroast.org).

With permission from the author, I am providing the binary version that I built available
for download. Here is info about the binary package:

    1) It will only work on the TRU64 5.1B OS. I tried it on 4.0F, and it fails miserably.
    I do not have 5.0x, 5.1, 5.1A, or 5.1B-1 (aka 5.1C) systems at my disposal, so I can't
say if it will work on those OS's or not.

    2) The package contains the following software:
            *) xcdroast-0.98alpha15 (GUI CD-burning Frontend)
            *) cdrtools-2.01 (CD-burning program)
*) miscellaneous glib/gtk libs to satisfy lib dependencies.

    3) You have to unpack the package in /usr/local. The application searches for all of the
    shared libraries in /usr/local/lib.

    4) This binary package is provided as-is. If you find bugs, or a problem with the software, please address them to Thomas Niederreiter (tn@xcdroast.org) author of xcdroast, and current
    maintainer.

    5) The download link: http://www.dd950.com/shared/xcdroast-0.98alpha15.tgz

I hope you enjoy the package.

    -Rob
