    Hello,
    Basic Question

    I asked this question
     SWXCR xcr0 hardware information:

    RAID Array 200 Controller Family Information Utility V1.03

    ra200info Error: The specified board has returned error status 0x106 during
                     the attempt to retrieve CONFIG information.

    I got a general answer back from Dr. Blinn
    I called T/S to get the answer I needed.
    They told me to enable fault management and battery backup and write-back
    cache.

    Once I did that over the weekend all I had to do was bring the system up to
    full user mode.
    Verify that the drive had a fault light on
    Remove the drive
    Install the replacement drive
    Sit back and watch the system rebuild.

    Now if I had the online Management software for 4.0g and this raid set. It
    would be much easier. Doesn't do anything for job security but I am still
    needed to do so much more.
