FTP Error Message

    I am transferring files to a PC from a Tru64 host running 4.0F. Access
    to ftp is controlled by tcp_wrappers. A program running on the PC opens
    the ftp session. I have been told by the vendor that their program
    issues a "get" command. I see with the last command four ftp logons to
    the host. It appears that only one of the four succeeds.

    425 Can't build data connection: Address already in use

    Any idea what the cause is.
