Advanced File system problem - Help appreciated

      Hello,
       OS = Tru64 4.0E

       I get the following error when I execute
       root#:/var/adm>showfdmn -k data_domain
    showfdmn: unable to get info for domain 'data_domain'
    showfdmn: error = I/O error

        I see the following error in /var/adm/messages file
        for this domain:
