       Hello,
Sorry for sending the same mail contents ones again. Before
I wrote the vdump result, by mistake I pressed the wrong
key and the mail gone ........
I have got more information regarding the advanced file system
problem. I tried the following commands:

    root@psa014:/scratch>ls -l /home
    /home not found

      root@psa014:/scratch>/sbin/advfs/tag2name /home/.tags/73887
    tag2name: statfs(/home/.tags/73887) error; [13] Permission denied

#uerf -R -o full gives the following. The whole file contains the
       same type of entries.

CORRUPTED ERROR ENTRY - ENTRY DUMP:

      RECORD HEADER
    0000: 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 *................*

    0020: 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 *................*

    0048: 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 *................*
    0058: 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000 *................*

       root@psa014:/>dd if=/dev/rrz1h of=/dev/null bs=64k
    60079+1 records in
    60079+1 records out

    root@psa014:/>vdump -0uf /scratch/psa014/psa014.vdump /home
vdump: error accessing file system </home>; [5] I/O error

Under these circumstances is there any more commands which
I can use to save pehaps part of the data on the disk.

Sorry for the previous mail and thanks in advance.

        Regards,
        Kumar
