Thanks to Udo Grabowski, Frank Chu-Cheong and
Roberto Romani, who all said that the PCI
motherboard may be the primary cause of this
problem. If not, then either the CPU itself
or the CPU motherboard.
I'll check this in a maintenance window, and
post the result.
