    Hello Managers:

Tru64 4.0G AlphaServer 2000 and I have ran into problems

Last week we had power go down in the computer room. When power was restored I
noticed that I had a hard drive go down. It had a fault light on it. Member 1
    on a raid-5 4 member set.

I put in my spare drive and the system auto rebuilt the drive.
Since it was under contract I got another drive to replace my spare.

On Sunday we had another power outage (the UPS is old 1/2 size of the computer
room) and I had a failed drive again. Same member, same raid set, same
    rebuild.

Is there anything else I need to check to see why this keeps on happening?
