Our telnet connection to database become so so slow. It taks about 1
minute to make login prompt come out. Could this be network? I ping is
ok though but not sure 64 bytes reture is ok.

    /usr/sbin>>ping localhost

PING localhost (127.0.0.1): 56 data bytes

    64 bytes from 127.0.0.1: icmp_seq=0 ttl=64 time=4 ms

    64 bytes from 127.0.0.1: icmp_seq=1 ttl=64 time=0 ms

    64 bytes from 127.0.0.1: icmp_seq=2 ttl=64 time=0 ms

    64 bytes from 127.0.0.1: icmp_seq=3 ttl=64 time=0 ms

    64 bytes from 127.0.0.1: icmp_seq=4 ttl=64 time=0 ms
