How does lprsetup determine the next available lowest number when adding
a printer? The ? help reflects:

"Lprsetup uses an internal numbering scheme from 0 to 99. The next
available number is the default name, you may choose......"

It seems it doesn't correlate to printcap entries. Maybe it scans the
lpd??? directory numbers in /var/spool/ directory? Somewhere else???
    lprsetup is COFF.

    Best Regards, Blake
