This is a bit off-topic, but I'm hoping someone will be able to give me
a clue.
We have an ESA12000 with a raidset of about 10 disks. There were 3 disks
in the spareset, but 2 disks in the raidset failed, one disk in the
spareset failed, and nothing spared to the other two spareset disks.
Thus, we have a raidset missing 2 disks, which means it's hosed.
I'm trying to remove the disks from the raidset to at least replace
them, but the array won't let me -
set [raidset] remove=disk10200
just reports it can't remove the disk. Is there a way to force this?
Thanks much;
Judith Reed
