RA3000 UPS connection

    Hello Managers,
    We have a Trucluster with Alpha 4100 servers and
    RA3000 boxes.
    RA3000 box controller and powersupply is connected to
    Netups(Model PRM700).The other powersupply is
    connected to the other power source.
    Observation:
    My powersupplies of Ra3000 box led's are ok and it is
    working fine. Even controller power source is also
    fine. But I am seeing one RED led Battery failure
    indication in UPS(Netups).

    Suggest me how to proceed now. One important thing is
    I can't shutdown the system and RA3000 box since it is
    critical. Tell me how to proceed further. I don't have
    manuals of UPS. Is my ups as failed or battery as
    failed. How to go for online replacement incase of
    failure.
    Pls suggest me.
