    Managers,

I suspect I have a problem with an application that will not initialize
or bind to a network port or device. When executing the binary as root
it operates fine. When executing as my user if fails with a
    "AgentSocketConnect: connect : permission denied".

The user in question is a member of the system and users groups.

Is there anything I can do the binary or ee0 device to allow this? I am
not familiar that much with 5.1a.

    TIA

    Regards,
