    Tru64UNIX V5.1a sp3

trying to ftp from one Alpha to another and have the permissions arrive
as 664. Doesn't seem to matter what the source file permissions are,
the target always arrives as 644. The target server /etc/profile umask
is 022, the account used for ftp has 002 umask in the .profile.
Touching a file becomes the desired 664. Any ideas?

    Best Regards,
