CAA profile startup

    I may have a simple question, but I can't seem to find where the order of
    the CAA profiles is specified. Is there a file that list the order? I have a
    check in one of my CAA profiles that checks to see if another CAA profile is
    running and if so not start on that member, but on a cold boot of both
    members this profile starts before the one that it checks for.
