Alphaserver DS10 does not start.

Dear all the managers here,
i have a problem with a DS10. When i switch it on all the Fans are coming up the
CD Drive light goes on for short time also the HD LED goes on but after about 5
sec the HD led goes out the Environmental LED flashes eight times (when i put
out 2 of the 4 RAMs eg. Bank 1 it just blinks four times) and nothing happens;
no Signal on the monitor no beep error code - nothing;i toke out one of the 2
HDs i toke out both HDs no Siganl on the monitor no Remote Management Console ->
nothing. I hoped during troubleshooting to get beep codes nothing at all; Power
is there aslo the 5V/12V on the HDs. I also swapped the memorys, always the same
behavior.
Does anyone have an idea about my problem.
