Tru64unix version 5.1B-3 and the rdg kernel subsystem


I am running Tru64unix version 5.1B-3 on an ES40.
I have been asked to tune some kernel parameters in the rdg subsystem for
an Oracle DBA testing environment; however, when I try to examine the current
rdg subsystem parameters with the 'sysconfig -q rdg' command I get an error
"framework error: subsystem 'rdg' not found". Also in trying to look at the
man page(s) for the rdg subsystem - sys_attrs_rdg - there are no reference
pages for that topic. Is this subsystem still relevant to Tru64unix version
5.1B-3? If so, it would appear to be missing from the kernel configuration.
Can someone provide a documentation refernce on how to configure the rdg
subsystem?
