maximum number of open files in Tru64 v5.1a

Say it isn't so?!? I believe, based on tuning docs, that the hard limit
to the number of files a process can open under Tru64 v5.1a and 5.1b is
4096. Can anyone confirm this? I was really surprised at this, since
under Solaris 9 the limit is 65536!
