SUMMARY: Changes to Daylight Savings Time in 2007

Thanks to all who replied: mwoods, Shane, Eric Sisson, Tom Ackenhusen,
and John Lanier. Short answer is that there is a patch available for
4.0F and 5.1B (as well as other releases). I've enclosed the URL John
sent to HP's site--links to the O/S kits are at the bottom.

For those affected, mwoods also noted that patches for Oracle and/or
Java may be required.
