Graphic Library (libGL.so)

Hi,
OS = 5.1A
HW = DIGITAL Ultimate Workstation 533au2
Graphic Card Specification: ZLXp2-E
I see that on this machine OpenGL library is not installed.
I would like to know from where I can get the library?
Whether I have reconfigure the kernel afterwards?
