PHP, Firefox or mozilla , sql


Hello,
I want to install latest PHP, Firefox , sql on a machine
running Tru64 V5.1B(PK3).I would like to know
whether any binary version of the programs(above mentioned) are
available
for the OS or I have to compile.I saw mozilla and firefox programs on
this web side :http://h30097.www3.hp.com/internet/download.htm

The mozilla version is : Mozilla 1.7.13 Application Suite for Tru64 UNIX

And Firefox version:Firefox 1.5.0.9 Tru64 UNIX

Whether they are the latest version for Tru64 5.x OS?
At present Iam running Apache

httpd -v
Server version: Apache/1.3.12 (Unix)
Server built: Oct 30 2000 10:26:51

What is the latest version of php for Tru64? At present Iam running
