SUMMARY: ES40 CONFIGURING RAID NO CONTROL WITH SMOR

thanks to Piyush and Christian Wessley for responding on a Saturday!

After trying various approaches .. changing monitors and keyboard,removing new drives, resetting the controller card, once I removed all of the drives and
reset them, restarted SMOR I could view all configurations and had control of the menu options.
