Patch failure - T64KIT1001208-V51BB26-ES-20070427

Today I tried to install the following patch on my 5.1B-4 PK6
patched alpha:

HP Tru64 UNIX Version v5.1B-4
Prerequisite: HP Tru64 UNIX v5.1B-4 PK6 (BL27)
Kit Name: T64KIT1001208-V51BB26-ES-20070427
Kit Location: http://www.itrc.hp.com/service/patch/patchDetail.do?patchid=T64KIT1001208-V51BB26-ES-20070427


I got the errors:
Problem installing:

- Tru64_UNIX_V5.1B / Security Related Patches:
Patch C 02094.00 - Fix for SSRT071323
./usr/ssh/bin/scp2:
is installed by:


- Tru64_UNIX_V5.1B:
Patch 27113.00

and can not be replaced by this patch.

./usr/ssh/bin/sftp-server2:
is installed by:


- Tru64_UNIX_V5.1B:
Patch 27113.00

and can not be replaced by this patch.

and so on...


Patch 27113.00 is included in PK6, so is this some kind of error
in this new ERP kit???
