Patch 27113.00 is included in PK6, so is this some kind of error in this
new ERP kit???

Yep, this new patch should have been built to supercede the older patch if
in fact that's what it's supposed to do, and it looks like it wasn't.

They will probably have to redo the kitting and reissue the patch.

I am SO glad I don't have to deal with patch kitting any longer. There are
way too many ways to get it wrong, and the tools are imperfect when it comes
to building the kits, and the testing to verify correctness is a nightmare.
