VMS SDL available for Tru64 or other Unixish systems?

Does anyone know of an implementation of Digital's SDL
(Structure Definition Language) translater that's been done
for Unixish systems? The original code is in BLISS, and I'm
not aware of a BLISS compiler for Unixish..
Seems like it would be a good application for Perl, but
I can't seem to find one.
