We were using RBLs but stopped due to upper management's concern about
the possibility of blocking legitimate mail. If it was just up to me,
I'd take that risk.
That reminds me of another problem. The reject error response from
TCP/IP Services for an RBL match doesn't have the capability to include
the name of the block list that matched in it. I can understand maybe
not wanting to provide that in the reject response that goes out to the
sending system, but it also isn't in the OPCOM message. That is really
critical in order to understand how your blocking is working.
